Priority Areas
Measure K dollars are generally split into either Service Initiatives or Capital Projects. Service-based initiatives make up the majority of all Measure K initiatives, with Capital Projects making up a large percentage of dollars budgeted.
In total there are 121 unique initiatives, with each initiative having up to four performance measures for data collection. These performance measures allow County departments to effectively analyze service delivery from both the department and the many Community-Based Organizations (CBOs) that the County partners with to carry-out the projects and priority areas of Measure K.
