The County of San Mateo is committed to transparency, accountability, and results. To ensure that Measure K is delivering on its promise to voters, we use performance data to evaluate how funded projects are making a difference in our communities.
Each Measure K-funded initiative is tracked and assessed using key performance indicators to help us understand whether programs are meeting their goals, reaching the intended populations, and effectively using public resources.
By collecting and analyzing this data, we’re able to:
- Monitor progress to keep the public informed about how Measure K investments are shaping a better San Mateo County
- Identify successes and areas for improvement, ensuring that funds are used where they can have the greatest impact
- Make data-informed decisions about future funding and program design
