Measure K Program Evaluations
The County is conducting third-party evaluations of Measure K-funded initiatives to ensure transparency and accountability in the use of public funds. These evaluations are designed to assess the impact, economy, efficiency, and effectiveness of each program—verifying that taxpayer dollars are being used responsibly and that funded organizations are delivering the community outcomes they committed to achieving.
Housing & Homelessness

- Pilot Guaranteed Income Program for Domestic Violence Survivors
- Got Wheels
- Elder and Dependent Adult Protection Team
- Home Visit Expansion
Emergency Preparedness
Evaluations for Emergency Preparedness programs will start in 2026. Specific programs for evaluation are to be determined.
