The Coastside Emergency Management Coordinator provides emergency public education, emergency alert and warning, community relations, and coordination to underserved coastal communities.

Pilot – Children from Homes in Conflict (SPARK)

Agency: District Attorney’s Office

The goal of the SPARK program is to prevent future cycles of abuse and victimization by providing mental health services to children exposed to domestic violence.

Elder Abuse

Agency: District Attorney’s Office

The Elder Abuse Unit seeks to protect the elderly population in San Mateo County from crimes of neglect, violence, theft, and/or fraud, through prosecution of criminal offenses by deputy district attorneys who specialize in this area of law.
