This funding supports clinicians at Behavioral Health and Recovery Services (BHRS) clinics who provide youth outpatient services such as individual, group, and family therapy.

Provides 24 hour hotline offering suicide intervention and prevention for older and disabled adults.

Ravenswood Health Network

Agency: County Health

San Mateo County Health’s contract with Ravenswood Family Health Network (RFHN) implements the Pipeline to Peak Performance Training for Workforce Preparedness project to fully develop and sustain a robust pipeline of highly qualified staff in three paraprofessional categories: Dental Assistants, Medical Assistants (MAs), and Front Office Staff (FO Staff). This project builds a solid paraprofessional pathway for young people from the communities RFHN serves – low-income, people of color.

Coastside Medical Services

Agency: County Health

Supports services for residents of Pescadero including a weekly local clinic, outreach and education.

Elder Dependent Assistance

Agency: County Health

Serves persons 60 years of age or older and dependent adults who are subject to alleged financial abuse. The Adult Protective staff collaborates with law enforcement and District Attorney’s Office on investigation and prosecution of the abused cases.

Psychiatric Emergency Youth Case Management

The Transitional Age Youth team triages 18-22-year-olds entering Psychiatric Emergency Services at San Mateo Medical Center, ensuring their connection to ongoing mental health services.

The Integrated Medication Assisted Treatment program offers vital addiction and harm reduction services for those with addiction challenges, including outreach, assessment, and much more.

Home Visit Expansion – First Time Parents

Expands the Nurse-Family Partnership program, supporting first-time mothers and their partners in preparing for childbirth and building confidence as first-time parents, improving the health and socio-economic outcomes for parent and child.
